Resident Panel – Adjudication of Misconduct of a Serious Nature

The Ministry of the Public Service invites applications from suitably qualified persons to serve as a Member of the Resident Panel, established pursuant to paragraph 4(1) of the Code of Discipline under the Public Service Act, Cap. 29.

Who Can Apply?
✔️ Attorneys-at-Law
✔️ Retired Public Officers
✔️ Senior Serving Public Officers (Senior Personnel Officer/Senior HR Officer – Z6-1 or above)

Members will be appointed by His Excellency the President on the advice of the relevant Service Commissions.

📌 Serving officers must apply through their Head of Department.
📌 Other applicants must submit a letter of application to the Director General, Human Resources, Ministry of the Public Service.
