Call for Applications- Member of Resident Panel

Deadline for Applications - March 6th 2026.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for appointment as a member of the Resident Panel to enquire into alleged misconduct of a serious nature pursuant to paragraph 4(1) of the Code of Discipline set out at the Third Schedule of the Public Service Act, Cap. 29.

Applicants must be Attorneys-at-Law, retired Public Officers or serving Public Officers.

Applicants who are serving Public Officers must be at the grade of Senior Personnel Officer/Senior Human Resource Officer, that is, salary scale Z6-1 or above.

Suitable persons will be selected from the list of applicants.

Members of the Resident Panel will be appointed by His Excellency the President on the advice of the Service Commissions (Administrative, General and Professional Service, Protective Services and Judicial and Legal Service Commission).

Applicants who are serving Public Service Officers are invited to write a letter to the Director General, Human Resources, Ministry of the Public Service through their Heads of Department, expressing an interest in serving on the Resident Panel.

All other applicants should write a letter of application to the Director General, Human Resources, Ministry of the Public Service, E. Humphrey Walcott Building, Corner of Collymore Rock and Culloden Road, St. Michael.

All applications must be submitted no later than March 6th 2026.
